Due to the nature of our digital services and the time invested from the moment a project begins, general refunds are not provided once work has commenced.
If you decide to cancel a project before any actual work or initial concepts have been created, a full refund (minus any transaction fees) may be issued. If work has already begun, any refunds granted will be solely at our discretion and will be proportionate to the amount of work completed. Milestone payments for completed phases of a project are strictly non-refundable.
For any purely digital products or pre-made assets purchased directly from our site, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for digital downloads, as these items are irrevocably delivered.
